The RAL Department for Users’ Services will answer to your enquiries sent to the e-mail address: relpublic@biblacad.ro.

However, enquiries requiring in-depth research will be subject to a fee. A pro-forma invoice will be issued, the fee expressing the complexity of the research implied. For these types of complex researches you have to come to our venue in 125 Calea Victoriei for an informal meeting in order to discuss and agree upon your research demands (please contact the IT-Department: Telephone 021 212 82 85, extension 1144). You can also get digitized copies of articles from serials or other publications as attachment to an e-mail message. The fee is 0.5 EUR/image.
